DEA’s Olympia, WA office is looking for a Regional Construction Group Manager to join our Construction Engineering Services (CES) group. The responsibilities will include CES program management and leadership in our four key activities of People (employee leadership and management) , Service (delivery and development of service offerings; responsible for quality management and monitors overall project performance and delivery) , Financial Performance (project operations and risk management) , and Business Development (project pursuits in support of company’s strategic direction) . In addition to the role as the CES Regional Manager, you will serve as Client Manager for specific DEA clients, provide support on our CES projects and support our CES Market Segment activities.
- Masters Degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering
- 10+ years of design experience as well as 10+ years of construction management experience, for a combined total of 20+ years experience
- Experience working for Washington State Department of Transportation or Puget Sound Region local area agencies (counties and cities)
- Bridge design and inspection project experience required
