Role: Director Global HR Systems

The development, retention, and acquisition of superior talent is a key activity for Client Connectivity as we grow our business by expanding our product, Customer, and technology footprints. The Client Strategic Advantage Organization is looking for a talented, creative individual to develop our HR IT vision and lead our Global HR IT organization in the attainment of our company goals.
The Global HR IT organization is responsible for the following activities:
Development, implementation, and support of our foundational SAP HR system throughout Client Connectivity.
Analysis, selection, implementation, and support of Human Capital Management solutions for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning Management and Organization / Workforce Succession Management.
Development or purchase of an overall Framework to source these applications; along with an intuitive workflow for Employee and Manager Self Service.
Development and support of our HR Analytical system (SAP BI). Creation of strategies or processes to ensure accurate data collection and development of flexible dashboards for Human Capital information exchange.
Support for the US Payroll and Time & Attendance applications along with other US focused HR applications.
Final accountability for the security and confidentiality of all HR information.
In addition, the individual candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Creation of a global team of HR professional to support the aforementioned activities.
Adherence to all IT and Client policies associated with this span of control. Point of contact for all audit requests and oversight for this function.
Overall Global HR Point of Contact / Expertise. In this role, the candidate should create a network of local IT / HR contacts to ensure all locations are aligned around common global tools, processes, and strategies.
Full budget responsibility for the area both gross costs and revenue.
Full TEOA responsibility for adherence to metric goals and process streamlining within the group.
The leader must possess excellent Business acumen and technology insight. S/he must be a superb communicator and have outstanding project management talent. The leader must be able to work across the entire Global TEIS and Global HR organization without hesitation creatively balancing the need for global standards with local requirements.
The position reports to the VP, TEIS Strategic Advantage.
Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required
Bachelors or Advanced degree in a related Business discipline or Management Information Systems
Ability to present / interact crisply and fluidly with TE Executive Management
An understanding / appreciation of current trends in business and technology
A Lean practitioner with a keen understanding of value stream mapping and waste elimination
Financially aware and able to analyze revenue and expense trends
Outstanding communication skills in both oral and written forms
Ability to work across functional, technical, and geographical boundaries with ease
Mentor / build a results oriented team including responsibility for the teams career development and appraisals
Must be willing to occasionally travel globally and alter daily work schedule to meet with global community
Additional Competencies - Preferred:
Knowledge of HR Business practices on a global basis
Knowledge of HR software tools and trends
Knowledge of SAP and SAP methodologies and tools
