Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding current and planned business offerings, programs, and processes, and work with business stakeholders to support these needs and requirements in information technology solutions;

Function as the product’s subject matter expert to software development teams to help them arrive at requisite supporting systems concepts, software development plans, and integrated service delivery processes – this potentially includes coordinating, communicating, and managing requirements with other internal Product and software development teams;

Develop and drive business-owned deliverables in the Agile software development process, including functional designs, use cases, process flows, requirements, release schedules, detailed desktop procedures, deployment plans, and more;

Lead business team’s development of detailed quality audit procedures for each critical function that correspond to a consistent, documented testing methodology, as well as support reference document development and/or training guides;

Develop and refine specifications for core features of quality improvement product to generate key performance indicators;

Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;

Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined with Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and

Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Health Science, or equivalent and an MBA or comparable credentials;

5+ years experience in product management, healthcare IT and/or systems development;

At least 3+ years of business analysis and project coordination experience, preferably in healthcare;

Excellent oral and written communication skills, to include effective listening skills;

Work under minimal supervision on complex projects;

Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously;

Manage project portfolio to completion within scope, time and budget;

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills; Solutions-oriented and able to make independent decisions; and

Meticulous organizational skills
