Description and Desired Qualifications

CH2M HILL Craft Recruiter Jobs - Anchorage, Alaska
The challenge? Help ensure the supply of our world's oil and gas. At CH2M HILL, we deliver solutions that span the entire breadth of the oil industry. Our Craft Recruiter job will provide you with the opportunity to work on exciting, large scale oil and gas projects. Each day, you be part of an important team leading the craft recruiting activities for our Construction and Operations and Maintenance divisions in Alaska. You should be a self motivated, detail oriented recruitment professional with three years experience recruiting for a company of 100+ employees and a desire to grow personally and professionally with each recruiting project.

Our Craft Recruiters :
Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts

Partner with the Recruiting Manager, Business Unit Leaders, and Human Resources Generalist in planning activities to determine hiring needs, trends, and recruiting strategies

Screen candidates to assess their compatibility with available positions

Work with hiring managers and human resource generalists to create job descriptions

Serve as the primary point-of-contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process

Oversee interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence to all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements. Maintains necessary files covering applications, interviews, and testing procedures

Make job offers to candidates explaining full job description, assignment, compensation, and benefits

Schedule and coordinate candidate on-boarding to include pre-employment drug screening, new hire orientation, site specific safety training, and travel to job sites

Represent the company at conferences, associations, job fairs, and other networking events to build relationships, promote the company, and develop an understanding of the regional employment market
Basic Qualifications

Minimum three years work experience in MS Office Suite programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Minimum two years experience using applicant tracking system or comparable database experience
Minimum three years experience recruiting for a company of 100+ employees
Must travel as required by business needs including travel to remote locations such as Alaska's North Slope by aircraft.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. Additional experience in recruitment may substitute for secondary education requirement on a year for year basis.
