Work collaboratively as a member of the behavior team with the behavior specialist

Support behavior intervention plans for students as determined by the PBIS committee and classroom teacher

Input behavior data into Skyward and SWIS

Support supervision of students throughout the school environmen

Be a main member of the crisis intervention team

Implement and monitor check-in, check-out models as directed by the behavior specialist and school administration

Qualifications:
Experience working with elementary age students.

Flexibility and the ability to work as a cooperative team member.

Positive rapport with children including the ability to correct inappropriate student behavior with fairness and consistency.

Regular, on-time attendance is required.

Physical requirements: must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Stooping and bending required.
