Position located in Detroit, Michigan.
Responsibilities to include performing onsite customer
activities while providing a high level of customer
satisfaction. Duties to include installation and support of
all SGI products including storage as well as support of
Netapp products. Knowledge of RedHat/SuSE required.
Knowledge of Windows server OS a plus. Some travel will be
required. Position required to be on call 7x24 in order to
support after hour contracts.
Must work closely with sales and be a team player. You
should possess good communication skills and resolve tasks
