TruGreen, a leader in the service industry, has an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious, team-oriented professional to plan, direct, and coordinate marketing activities in our residential sales department.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the recruiting, training and development of an inside/outside sales team of 10 -15 residential sales representatives. You will provide in the field training and support to the Sales Representatives to ensure they have the tools to determine and sell a program of TruGreen services that will best fit the customer’s needs. This position requires flexible hours, including evenings and some Saturdays.
