Project Title: Personalized Medicine Business Model Pilots
Job Description:

  • Support the logistical implementation of key pilots in support of the US Oncology Personalized Medicine initiative.

  • Drive the completion of the pilot program

  • Support the tactical needs of the personalized medicine cross-functional team

The intern will schedule and handle day to day support of execution of the Personalized Medicine Pilot Programs. Multiple responsibilities include: Meeting set-up and follow up with team members. Prepare pre-reads and presentation materials. Research topics critical to successful execution. Produce briefing decks on key topics to support team’s efforts.

Minimum requirements
Must have:
Ability to work on own,
Good analytical skills,
good interpersonal skills,
good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Ability to quickly learn new material.
Ability to influence without authority.
Ability to manage many details.
Educational background in business and/or marketing.
Strong math background and understanding of statistical concepts.

Nice to have:
Experience reviewing clinical data
Project management experience
A working knowledge of pharmaceuticals, oncology and/or healthcare, in general.
Long term interest in pursuing a career in pharma and/or healthcare
A working knowledge of statistics and statistical methods is preffered.

Training available:
Training is on the job with opportunities to interact regularly with mid and senior level leadership. There will be close supervision and clear guidance, with daily review of projects.
