Position Summary

Provide compensation related support with regard to position descriptions, job evaluations, salary survey participation, salary administration and compensation analyses. Will provide assistance to Senior Compensation Analyst in the direct support of a specific business area with their compensation requests. This position will also assist with ensuring jobs are appropriately aligned for internal equity and external competitiveness.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent education and experience). Demonstrated experience in the use of HRIS systems and multiple software packages, particularly Microsoft Excel (including charts, graphs, pivot tables, v-lookups and other advanced capabilities.)

Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional Certification (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, or work toward either certification preferred.

Current knowledge of compensation practices and applicable laws / regulations governing compensation such as the Fair Labor Standards Act preferred.
