Germanna Community College is seeking a customer service professional to work the Welcome Center at the Fredericksburg area campus in Spotsylvania, VA. The Welcome Center provides students with assistance in admissions, financial aid, and registration as well as makes regular referrals to Counseling, Disabilities Services, Veterans' Affairs, Testing and other support services. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, answer in-person and phone inquiries from the public regarding programs and services offered by the college, and assist prospective, new and continuing students access student and academic support services. Some evenings may be required.
Minimum salary: $15 per hour. Twenty-nine hours per week.

Excellent customer services skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Associate degree. Experience working in College admissions, financial aid, counseling or related area. Experience working in a Community College.
