response. As the exclusive marketer for Lexington Law Firm, the leading credit repair and consumer advocacy law firm in the country, we are looking for an
experienced Quality Assurance Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Score and evaluate call center calls, with an emphasis on improving the client experience
Provide feedback to increase sales and lower cancellations
Monitor compliance
Review the effectiveness of marketing partners
Provide valuable feedback to the Quality Assurance Manager
Assist in accomplishing miscellaneous department projects
Pro-actively assist in accomplishing department and company objectives
Starting pay is $10/hr, with an increase to $11/hr after 90 days and $12/hr after 6 months.
Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Qualifications:
Previous QA Experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
Proficient typing ability
Solid writing and grammar skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong general computer knowledge is preferred
