Project Manager SFS083
We are looking for a Project Manager for our direct client at Washington DC. The successful candidate would be responsible for the performance of one large scale project, 2 or 3 medium sized projects, or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives. Analysis skills in addition to Project Management skills will be a plus.
5-10 years of project management experience leading project teams in development efforts as well as with business-related projects (non-technical)
They need to be comfortable speaking to all levels of management.
They need to have experience leading large scale projects ($1 million+)
They must be comfortable managing high profile project issues, risks, plans.
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fannie Mae experience preferred; Capital Markets Experience a plus
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle process required
