District Manager-New Jersey/Philadelphia, PA

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position is ideal for an enthusiastic, committed leader who enjoys hands on Apparel Retail and has multiple years experience with multi-unit management.

District Managers at Cotton On are responsible for:
The accountability of sales, KPI’s, shrinkage and payroll cost and the overall results for approximately 5 to 7 store locations

Being a Cotton On Brand Ambassador

Driving and supporting all company merchandise promotions

Mentoring, developing, and motivating store management and hourly teams

Visual Merchandising standards

Having a Genuine Passion for Fashion!

Travel as needed (valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required). Some overnight travel may be required.

A successful candidate will possess the following:
3-5 years experience as a Multi-Site RETAIL APPAREL MANAGER

A proven track record in achieving Sales, KPI’s & Wage targets

A positive “Fast and Flexible, Can Do” Attitude

An ability to lead & drive multiple teams to achieve results

The ability to think “outside the box” and bring your own flair to the role

Outstanding verbal, written, and communication skills

Experience with MS Office and Outlook

Physical demands of these positions require working in a fast paced retail environment. Duties may require standing continuously, lifting, sitting, kneeling, crouching, walking, twisting, reaching, reaching overhead, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, frequent use of hands, repetitive motions, using 10-key and a keyboard, or driving within legal limits for select positions. Reliable means of transportation with valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance are required for any position in which driving for job related purposes is necessary.
