Position Summary Perform marketing activities, generate sales, write estimates, and produce and manage jobs. Sales/EstimatorWe are a worldwide leader in Disaster Recovery Services and Solutions with more than 3,500 employees in 150 offices spanning 30 countries. We offers complete general contracting, project management and consulting services.Successful candidates must be independent and detail oriented with the ability to produce and manage jobs, perform marketing activities, and generate sales. Responsibilities include: Working with new and existing vendors. Willingness to try new sales avenues and build a reliable customer base through repetition. Using current industry contacts and developing new customers through cold calling, networking and association membership. Writing estimates using Xactimate. Qualifications: Must have experience in the insurance reconstruction/restoration industry. Knowledge of Xactimate required. Proven track record of sales Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Excellent presentation and customer relations skills. Availability to travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to perform marketing activities and generate sales. Write estimates using Xactimate. Produce and manage jobs. Build a reliable base of customers through repetition. Consistently work to develop new relationships in the Insurance industry. Cold calling on new customers. Hosting outings for current customers. Working with other associates to ensure good communication with contacts in the insurance restoration process. Other Duties & Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, core work hours. Must be available to work nights and weekends when requested. Travel is required. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) Highly motivated, independent and detail oriented. Knowledge of Xactimate, Crawford Contractor Connection and Insurance Repair Programs a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
