Love Cupcakes, Social Media and Facebook Games?
If you’re someone looking to break into social media, we have a great
opportunity for the motivated marketer. We’re OMGPOP.com, the leading
multiplayer games destination site and we’ve recently launched a game
on Facebook called Cupcake Corner (see
http://www.facebook.com/cucpakecornergame) with over 200,000 users in
our first two weeks.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for a motivated intern that would help create buzz
around the game by networking to help promote and drive traffic to
Cupcake Corner. The candidate should be very familiar with the latest
social networking tools, would be in charge of our Cupcake Corner
Twitter account (@cupcakegame) and pursue potential cross-promotion
pportunities with other cupcake-focused entities in and outside of
Facebook. Intern works directly with the VP of Game Monetization and
Marketing on developing campaigns to help drive installs, revenues and
retention.
Requirements – Around 10-15 hours per week in our New York City office
(132 Crosby Street in SoHo), can write compelling snippets to entice
users, and loves cupcakes and desserts
Compensation
$10 per hour
