Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Information Systems Division (ISD)

Provides direction and coordination between large projects and the technical execution plan
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 10 years OR 8 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 10 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Must have strong experience (7+ years) in Datastage, Oracle and Teradata products
Must be a SME in Performance Tuning Datastage jobs
Nice to have Unix / Linux scripting experience
Knowledge of replenishment forecasting processes and algorithms.
Knowledge of JDA / Manugistics Demand or Fulfillment
Prefer experience in Retail Supply Chain either through business experience or system experience
Certifications in Systems Design, Systems Architecture, and Development methodologies.
Certifications in Datastage, Oracle, and / or Tera Data.
This position will be responsible for creating the technical roadmap for key components in the Wal-Mart replenishment systems. This position will be responsible for leading technology associates to deliver the roadmap functionalities and ensuring it meets the performance and quality required for the Wal-Mart business.
Additionally this position will be required to influence peers and management in design and technology direction and deliver the processes to ensure that the direction is being adhered to accurately.
