This position performs secretarial and administrative support duties for executive management and managers requiring knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
Conducts research, and compiles and types analytical or statistical reports.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Composes and prepares routine correspondence, reports, etc.
May have access to some confidential information. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex and sometimes confidential nature both inside and outside of the company.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Schedules appointments and keeps calendars current.
Arranges and coordinates travel schedules, itineraries and reservations. May prepare and reconcile expense reports.
May perform other duties as required.
Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.
College-level coursework in business administration, or equivalent education or experience.
Three to five years experience in secretarial and/or administrative support duties.
Strong computer operation skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel.
Must be highly organized.
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to edit and proofread.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Approved background and drug screen is required.
