General Summary
This position is responsible for the analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs and workflow. Included are the following modules:
HR
, FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, LE, BI and PLM. Responsible for working with all Functional Teams to design the processes, prepare the functional and ABAP technical specifications used for development. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying and adhering to Scotts Standard Development Methodology for best development practices.
Key Work Performed
Analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of SAP ABAP programs and Workflow.
Creating. Modifying and adhering to Scotts Standard functional and ABAP technical specifications used for development.
Responsible for following Scotts PMO methodology for all Project Development Methodology for best development practices.
Evaluate vendor supplied software packages and make recommendations to IT Management.
Install, implement and test new SAP software upgrades.
Diagnose, isolate and de-bug SAP software problems and performs problem resolution.
Responsible for designing and providing solutions for complex problems.
Monitor system capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures and provides Tier 2 technical support.
Create, monitor and analyze Business Level Agreements, sharing results with IT management and end users.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
6 years of total IT work experience in systems administration and programming.
4 years of SAP ABAP programming
HR
, MM, DI CO and SD experience in SAP ECC version 6.0.
