ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
DUTIES PERFORMED DAILY: Daily Flash, Daily Count, Meeting rooms activity, Call backs, Trace Cards, Top 100 Account maintenance, 25-30 Calls per day (except when on outside calls), Groups In-House, Continue generating top accounts, Daily planner
WEEKLY: Review market plan/action plan - transfer goals to daily planner, Sales Meeting, Work with reservations (Groups, Leads), Outside calls, Review leads with DOS, Plan short term goals, Site inspections, Turn on daily planner to DOS with next week's agenda
MONTHLY: Open house/breakfast presentations, Attend monthly sales meeting, Outside calls, Review profit and loss, Reward top producers, Generate promotions, Sales calls to DOS, Summarize account maintenance room nights for month, Tape records calls
QUARTERLY: Prepare quarterly action calendar, Review with DOS, Competition Check, Goals for upcoming quarter, Attend any educational seminars
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
