Sr. TestLead

Specific Responsibilities:
Project Planning

Plan coverage for assigned areas and project phases

Contribute to project requirements and deliverables

Contribute to the creation of test coverage documentation, test execution plans, and metrics reports

Project Auditing

Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders

Create weekly status reports and other reports as needed

Supervise assigned project activities and provide status updates to key stakeholders

Supervise task execution and promote efficiency and effectiveness

Ensure project metric expectations are being achieved

People Management

Manage QA Test Leads and QA Testers as well as contract tester workforce

Provide mentoring and career development support to assigned EA employees

Contribute directly to performance evaluation of assigned individuals

Audit project metric expectations and provide coaching to underperforming testers

Audit attendance and provide coaching to underperforming testers

Supervise and provide task direction to contract tester workforce

Establish effective working relationships within the department and project team

Working knowledge of

A defect tracking database (ie: DevTrack, Jira, Bugzilla)


Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

2+ years experience within software testing industry (preferred in video games)

Previous experience working in a distributed QA environment

Flexible and dynamic – quickly adapt to changing needs of the business

Pro-active, motivated, and energetic
