Work schedule varies. Schedule may include non-standard hours, evenings, and weekends, 10-20 hours a week from March to May.

1. Responsible for overseeing the UIS Athletics Supervised Study Program.

a. Monitor department-wide study halls.

b. Provide math tutoring at study halls, and other times by appointment.

c. Review the Time Management Worksheets of each student-athlete currently under the supervised study program, to ensure they are logging the appropriate hours to fit their needs. (For only those sports requesting assistance).

2. Review the progress reports of student-athletes to identify areas of weakness and develop personalized response plans. (For only those sports requesting assistance).

3. Serve as a secondary layer of advising for student-athletes paying particular attention to the NCAA rules for Progress Towards Degree and-Full-Time enrollment on an as-needed basis.

4. Serve as the liaison for the UIS Center for Teaching and Learning and Office of Disability Services.

1. A Bachelor's degree.

2. Experience working in an educational environment .
