This position will partner with the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing to support a region of Hampton, Homewood, Embassy, and Hilton Garden Inn hotels. The focus will be on developing relationships with the property base sales team and General Manager to drive both top line revenue and revpar index growth. Quarterly reporting to ownership regarding the hotels performance in the areas of Sales and Revenue Maximization will be essential. It will also require a partnership with the Area Director and Sales Support Team with prescriptive on site consultations relating to improving the hotel’s sales effort and revenue maximization efforts.

What will I be doing?

Prescriptive property visits and consultations on Sales and Revenue Maximization within Region of hotels. Provide expertise and guidance to hotels on the use of brand tools, resources and training that will contribute to the success of the hotel

Quarterly reporting to ownership regarding the hotels performance in the areas of Sales and Revenue Maximization

Facilitate divisional workshops and regional revenue maximization workshops.

Written follow up on consultations, phone calls and emails.

Participate in planning sessions that facilitate the successful support of the region of hotels and Hampton brand.

BS or BA degree

Minimum of five (5) years of Sales and/or Operational Hospitality industry experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

OnQ certification

Multi-unit management experience

Minimum of two (2) years General Manager and/or Sales management experience
