Razorfish is offering a challenging media opportunity in a fun, creative and fast-paced environment. The Assistant Media Planner (AMP) is Razorfish's entry level position within our Media Dept. The AMP reports to the Associate Media Director and supports our Media Planners and Senior Media Planners in providing Media knowledge and expertise to each Client Team. In addition to working with the Media Dept, the AMP may also work with Account Directors, Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn various aspects of media as it relates to buying and planning.

Core Duties/Responsibilities :
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist Media and Sr. Media Planners on media plan development and competitive analysis
Utilize media planning tools (Atlas, @plan, Adrelevance, etc.) to generate data and drive key insights and strategies
Send RFP's
Set up approved media plans by obtaining credit approval and creating buy authorization
Execute media plans and plan revisions by managing Insertion Orders (including internal approvals, distribution to publishers, and collection of couter-signed IO's)
Aid in resolution of billing discrepancies
Deliver creative specifications and manage quality assurance
Campaign delivery and tracking QA
Report analysis support
Take screen shots
Vendor/Publisher relationship support.

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience :
Bachelor's degree, relevant courses or internships preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Strong quantitative skills
