Responsible for management of customer programs and projects within the software development organization, including scope, schedule and budget oversight. Also responsible for measurement, metrics, risk/issue analysis and reporting of software delivery process
        Senior level Program Manager experienced in the management and delivery of software programs and projects within the OSS Fulfillment suite. Core skills include: Demonstrated experience managing successful software delivery projects across multiple teams, separate release timelines, code bases and customers Demonstrated practical experience in working with programs and projects in the Telecommunications Fulfillment domain (Order, Inventory, Activation) Experience with Agile development methodologies and best practices, prioritization and dependency mapping, process optimization, SDLC efficiencies, KPI metrics and reporting High level understanding of telecommunication networks, systems and processes Expertise in estimating, planning and refactoring software development programs, projects and tasks Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills, experience with working with peer line functions and ability to work with internal and external customers Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Agile User Story and Estimation Tools (Mingle, VersionOne, Rally) Program management experience with web technologies such as HTML, GWT, SmartGWT, Java Struts Significant expertise as an Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner, preferably migrated from Waterfall to Agile methodologies Required PMP certification Requires 6 years related experience with a BS; 4-6 years experience with an MS DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
