Marketing Operations Consultant, N.A. Business Segment Marketing Dell Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support the North America Business Segments. This position will report to the Executive Director of North America Business Segment Marketing and will be responsible for strategic business analytics. The position will include responsibility for developing and managing a “Control Book” that will ensure successful integration and interpretation of demand generation and programmatic data to optimize marketing strategies and tactics on a cross-segment basis. This individual will be part of a larger North Amercia marketing organization that includes Industry/Segment Marketing, Field Marketing, Programs, and Events across SMB, Public, and Large Enterprise. Candidate must be able to work closely and collaboratively with Sales, CRM, BI, Brand, and other Segment Marketing teams. Responsibilities include Manage Marketing Operations for North America Business Segments Drive “single source of truth” related to results and effectiveness of demand gen and programmatic activity to enable optimal strategic and tactical decision making by Marketing leadership team Drive business analytics, accurately interpret data to facilitate corrective actions, opportunity identification, and crisp execution of the business Partner with Segment Marketing Leadership team to develop and implement strategies for the business Translate insights into actionable guidance for senior leadership Leverage insights to support the development and improvement of customer centric marketing programs
        Qualifications
        ·
        Strong working knowledge of Dell’s business management and Demand Generation processes or ability to learn and ramp quickly
        ·

        Ability to work cross-functionally to drive execution and best practices
        ·
        Background in Finance, Business Intelligence and/or Sales Operations
        ·
        Ability to influence across organizations
        ·
        Strong presentation and communication skills
        ·
        Business analytics and financial modeling skills
        ·
        Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or MBA with 6-8 years relevant experience
