Group Commerce is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative functions within the Merchant Sales department, and to assist in keeping recurring department activities streamlined and current. As a qualified candidate, you possess exceptional organizational skills. As part of the Merchant Sales team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Merchant Sales Operations team.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for various data entry into our internal systems

Responsible for assisting with Salesforce assignments

Assist in preparation of sales collateral

Assist with ad-hoc projects to help improve internal processes and procedures

Skills/Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task & problem solve

Internship experience recommended

Must be able to partner well and deal with high energy, busy sales people and their customers and internal support teams.

Salesforce experience a plus

Possesses a strong sense of team

Builds organizational relationships

Must love the idea of working for a high-energy startup
