The office coordinator performs diversified administrative and secretarial functions by developing and maintaining department reports, financial spreadsheets, files, and department specific manuals and forms as needed. The coordinator supports the director and performs other duties as required.
High School graduate or GED preferred
Two years experience in secretarial work. Computer skills a must. Microsoft Word, Lotus Notes, Excel Spreadsheets, Computer Programming, and ability to graph data. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to take meeting minutes. Ability to work well with others. Highly motivated.
