Profiling / Detailing/Selling - product marketing - Responsible for professionally handling all inbound and outbound calls. We represent pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers by contacting targeted physicians, consumers and pharmacies to provide marketing support for the Client's products. Handle all calls according to client specifications including but not limited to using computer system, manual documentation and training resources. Provides customer service with courtesy, integrity and efficiency to meet client expectations. Responsible for maintaining established service levels while providing exceptional customer experience.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
. Utilize product knowledge and effective selling skills to influence targeted health care professionals (HCP), consumers or pharmacies.
. Maintain product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
. Understand and enter all information accurately into TMS system, ensuring data integrity.
. Escalate calls as needed based on information gathered from caller.
. Foster ongoing trust with HCP, consumer or pharmacy as relationship develops to facilitate the decision making process.
. Analyze territory information to optimize calls and maximize program.
. Maintain adherence to HIPAA compliance guidelines at all times.
. Maintain all training materials related to client, keeping current with updates provided by the training department.
. Adhere to schedule including lunch and breaks.
. Other duties as assigned.
. Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication and listening skills.
. Ability to function effectively independently and in a team environment.
. High attention to detail for data entry accuracy.
. Strong computer and keyboard ability and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
. Excellent customer service skills, previous customer service experience preferred.
. Self-motivated and results driven with performance accountability.
. Exhibits professional behavior.
. Excellent rapport building skills.
. Ability to learn, retain, and articulate medical information and provide answers with scripted responses.
. Ability to determine a medical question/adverse event and transfer to the appropriate party.
. Ability to perform in high-pressure and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
. High school diploma or GED equivalent with 1-2 years sales experience; or Associates Degree with sales aptitude required.
