DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain the Medication Administration Records (MAR’s) for all clients to be received by the Residential Program Manager (RPM) one week prior to the beginning of each month.
Audit all clients’ MAR’s monthly.
Obtain signed informed consents for all clients’ medications.
Submit daily reports to supervisor of all calls from staff regarding clients.
Conduct TB tests and physicals for all clients and staff in a timely manner.
Attend all clients Medication Reviews weekly.
Advise staff of recommendations for medical questions regarding clients.
Provide training of Medication Administration and Bloodborne Pathogens to staff.
Graduation from an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing and holds a current Arizona RN nursing license, in good standing.
A minimum of two years nursing experience preferred.
Previous experience in a psychiatric setting is beneficial.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, or in current possession.
Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
Must pass a TB test and medical exam capable of performing the essential functions of this job.

Must possess exceptional documentation skills.
Must possess strong professional and personal boundaries, be energetic, self-motivated, maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
