The Associate Director of Student Services is responsible for the delivery of career development programs and services designed to facilitate the successful placement of students into career positions. This is accomplished through:
Creating and scheduling professional development workshops
Coordinating and facilitating events, meetings, and student activities
Conducting surveys of students, graduates, and employers
The Associate Director of Student Services should hold a minimum of an Associate's degree and have at least two years of related experience. Managerial experience strongly preferred. The qualified candidate should have leadership, human resources and student experience and must be comfortable presenting in front of a classroom providing "workshops" on resumes and interviewing skills.
This is a full time position that requires day, evening and weekend availability.
