We have an immediate opportunity for an HR Testing Coordinator in the Orlando, FL area.
You will be responsible for daily operational support associated with testing applicants for targeted positions with a Utility client.
Duties and Responsibilities: Administer pre-employment tests at the direction of the testing coordinator. Maintain all testing data and ensure compliance with EEI and Utility client's testing policies and procedures. Manage testing material security. Must be able to understand and adhere to testing policies, procedures and security requirements. Strong oral communication skills are necessary, must be able to speak and present in front of groups.
Must have the ability to independently complete assignments and manage work prioritization. Provide administrative support to the Testing Coordinator including, but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet maintenance and preparations handling of confidential information. Must be capable of effectively functioning in a highly energized and rapidly changing work environment working remotely in an organized manner for maximum efficiency. Advanced knowledge of PC operation with proficiency in Email, Word, Excel, and Access.
Qualifications: Solid experience in general business experience in a Recruiting/Employment organization providing support to HR workgroups and hiring managers.
General Requirements: Proficiency with current personal computer applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Exchange, Schedule Plus, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, and excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Flexibility in work schedule to support section needs.
