The primary function of this position is to supervise the field service personnel and coordinate the work projects and assignments.
-This position is responsible for the development of customer accounts resulting in maintaining existing accounts and the development of new accounts for service work for the Casper facility.
-This position provides support in all matters regarding safety. To include, but not limited to reporting and processing safety incidents, mandating adherence to corporate safety policies, etc.
-This position supports field personnel with resources needed for them to perform their duties.
- This position will participate in recruiting activities associated with the need for new / additional technicians.
-This position will develop the skill set required for a successful technician within the Casper branch and evaluating the performance of the field service personnel. This development may include personal training, arranging 3rd party or other training and allowing for varied field jobs to allow this development.
-It is the responsibility of the Manager to assist in quotations of jobs, and provide customer support on a regular basis.
-This position will be responsible for invoicing jobs and assist in travel arrangements for field service personnel.
-The position is responsible for coordinating work assignments, processing time sheets and expense reports, and opening/tracking service orders.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
High school diploma required with a minimum 5+ years of industry experience, which at least 3 of those years should be supervisory experience; college degree highly will be preferred.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products is required, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
SAP experience is highly desired. Must be able to take after hours calls, work weekends and evenings. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Must be willing to undergo a MVR check annually. Must participate in the random drug testing program required for this position.
