Job Description:
Datamark, a leading direct response marketing firm, has
exciting opportunities within our Client Services group
for an Account Supervisor. Our research and
technology-based marketing products and services help
post-secondary schools enroll and retain students so
that they can start and complete their education. At

The Account Supervisor role is responsible for internal
and external communications and the success of projects
being on time and on budget. An Account Supervisor must
possess the skills to create and communicate marketing
strategies to our clients. Ultimately, the Account
Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day decisions
and tactics on a client's business and is a critical
part of the client service team. The Account Supervisor
is the client team lead providing guidance and best
practices to their support team and other disciplines
within the agency.

This position will provide an opportunity to:
  • Drive the short and long term business strategies
and objectives
  • Develop marketing communication plans
  • Consult clients on marketing strategy and all
offerings Datamark provides
  • Work successfully within a team and manage projects
and budgets

Job Requirements:The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5-7 years experience in an agency environment
  • Fantastic presentation skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good communication skills and the ability to drive
decisions independently
  • Thorough knowledge of direct-response marketing
  • Problem-solving skills with sound judgement and
strong finance skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products,
particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with online lead-generation strategies a
plus
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
