Description: The division of developmental Education at Kentucky State University invites applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track, visiting instructor position.

Qualifications: M.A. with at least 18 hours in reading or comprehension required; terminal degree preferred. Experience with teaching developmental Reading or English or secondary English highly recommended. A strong commitment to diversity and an ability to work as part of a team are essential.
Duties: The successful candidate will teach a 12 semester credit-hour load and teach in KSU's highly successful Academics with Attitude project which runs from mid-June to the end of July. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a commitment to and interaction with developmental students both inside and outside the classroom.
