Position: Senior Business Analyst Business: TTS Client Delivery Officer Title: AVP or VP Location: New Castle, DE Position Overview: This position will be part of the overall TTS Client Delivery Global BAU Transformation Team, which is focused on improving our processes, quality, vendor management and utilization of technology platforms that support the business . This role will be primarily responsible for leading/supporting the global implementation of business-critical internal and client-facing data and analytics initiatives for TTS Client Delivery, as well as act as the global coordinator for STaRS training across Cash, Trade and Securities . This role will also work collaboratively with business partners, data stewards and technology to identify and drive process improvement opportunities and data consistency across CTS, globally. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Understand overall internal and external client data needs across multiple platforms & businesses to enable holistic, end-to-end views of our business and clients
Train new user groups migrating to the STaRS application, as well as existing groups on new STaRS & Business Objects functionality where applicable
Create and maintain STaRS & Business Objects Training documentation, where applicable
Be an SME for all initiatives responsible for and drive to effective completion
Develop comprehensive and detailed business requirements and Manage UAT migration and testing efforts for related functionality
Develop and manage project scope, budget, and timeline documents
Identify, monitor, and resolve project and cross-partner issues from client and user perspective
Perform "Deep Dive" data mining and Gap Analysis to identify data anomalies, determine root cause, build action plans, and execute them on-time and within budget with little or no management revisions
Conduct training courses for internal and external clients
Provide management with multiple solutions to business issues along with the pros and cons of each
Maintain strong interaction with end users to review and revise materials
Interface with senior management and external clients
Monitor, update and communicate project timelines and milestones
Obtain PMP certifications if not already held
Ability to identify and prioritize the "need to haves" vs. the "nice to haves"
Anticipate next steps on deliverables that you own and identify critical dependencies that will impact your deliverables or that your deliverables will impact
Proactively identify and drive to completion action items without the need for multiple follow-ups with management Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus)
5-7 years experience in relevant field (process improvement methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping)
Ability to analyze and develop strategies tailored to needs of the client and business user;
Experience in the development and implementation of internal business and client-facing analytics
Ability to facilitate in-person and web-based video/audio conference training sessions
A well-developed working knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, client needs and the upstream and downstream influences within processes
Experience in analyzing and collating data/MIS from multiple sources into comprehensive Scorecards and/or dashboards to drive effective business decisions
Ability to lead a group or project to successful completion of goals and directives of management
Experience in planning and leading several complex projects
Superior analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, innovative
Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment,
Execute tasks effectively in order to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience communicating with a variety of audiences (i.e. staff, management, senior management, client)
Energetic; demonstrated ability as a collaborative team player
Demonstrated expertise with SAP Business Objects
Experience using MS Project, and MS Office Suite; including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Visio a must
Experience with Pega Reach, PRPC (STaRS) and/or Exceller a plus
Detail-oriented
Certification in project management e.g. (PMP) a plus
