Under the direction of the State Administrator, manage of office functions, coordinate statewide HR functions, manage AP & AR, and various administrative funcations as needed.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage AP & AR process for the state
Process payroll for all employee
State budget process
Monthly P&L Reconciliation
Margin Review and presentation
HR duties at the branch level
Inventory Assistance / Counts
Office and Employee equipment
Maintain professional appearance and work habits
Abide by company and legal polices governing our industry
At least 2 years previous business/office management experience required
Prior accounting experience required
HR expereince preferred
Strong organizational skills
Moderate to strong computer skills; prior SAP expereince preferred.
