The Sr HRIS Analyst has primary responsibility for management and use of the HR system. He or she will contribute to HRIS strategic planning and administration in the areas of system analysis, consultation, system upgrades, troubleshooting, new system implementation and continuous improvement.

Responsible for the ongoing administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other related HR systems. Contributes to the development of HRIS strategy, policies and procedures.
Plans and executes HR systems upgrade and implementation projects.
Develops and automates reports, dashboards, and adhoc metrics. Completes report requests received from various sources including, but not limited to Human Resources, Legal, and other corporate departments, vendors, and external regulatory organizations.
Performs routine data audits on information contained within the HRIS application. Develops audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of the HRIS.
Creates and transmits HR interface files. Manages interface errors from identification through resolution.
Assists with various compliance submissions including, but not limited to, EEO-1 annual report.
Working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Ultipro). Strong computer skills, including technical and working knowledge of HRIS applications, theory and practice.
Working knowledge of key HR functions: Employment, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Payroll, and Shared Services.
Solid project management skills and working knowledge of systems development methodology.
Advanced technical skills in the areas of reporting and metrics and tools for managing data, i.e. Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Cognos, etc.
Good working knowledge of web applications.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of business process design/redesign practices.
Solid verbal and written communications skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 or more years of previous experience in HRIS or Information Systems.
