The Pre-Owned team runs an outsourced sale and manufacturing program selling refurbished Cisco products to customers and partners. Sold under the brand, Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment, Pre-Owned’s product offering includes both currently manufactured and end-of-sale products. These products are refurbished to the highest quality standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

The Senior Business Process Design Manager is responsible for design and maintenance of Cisco Capital Pre-Owned’s systems and tools. Responsibilities include: systems solution and related processes design, documentation, project management, and UAT testing, and supervisor on direct and indirect resources. The Senior Business Process Manager will work cross-functionally with the Business Process Outsource (BPO) partner personnel, suppliers, Cisco IT and support team members, Pre-Owned stakeholders, and with departmental leads throughout the greater corporation. The successful candidate is expected to own the solutions developed rather simply facilitate their development.

Education and Experience

The Senior Business Process Design Manager will possess at least a BS degree and 10 to 15 years of related work experience and possession of a PMP, or equivalent. Prior experience with Cisco sales and ordering tools is highly desirable.

Skills and Technical Knowledge

Ideally, the Senior Business Process Design Manager should have: strong business analytical skills, project management experience, proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint, familiar with Cisco’s commerce, forecasting, and order management tools, and have experience managing the development activities of a BPO partner.

The Senior Business Process Design Manager acts independently, collaborating with internal and external teams, to make informed decisions that impact the Pre-Owned’s day-to-day business operations and revenue attainment.
