This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast growing technology company who has experienced double digit growth with a phenomonal client list. You will have the opportuntiy to come in and make an immediate impact and work with seasoned online marketing talent for leadership and mentoring support. This is a hands on manger position that will focus on implementing and managing successful lead generation, email, paid search, online banner, payroll targeting, and affliaite programs and campaigns. The ideal candidates will have experience in the b to b space.
Responsible for assisting with the management of marketing activities, campaigns and their execution, including projects in the following areas: event coordination, search marketing, live and recorded webcasts, blogs, landing pages, social media, the company’s web presence, analytics, content creation, and marketing campaigns centered around lead generation.
Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics including event production, including entertainment, booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium ordering.
Responsible for project management, development and execution of marketing events including: execution of customer webinars, forums & briefings, lunch presentations.
Work with Marketing stakeholders in the areas of landing page creation, social media and analytics.
Assist in managing a variety of webcasts. This involves coordinating speakers, developing programs, creating and managing registration landing pages, moderating events and producing the following up materials (recordings, PDFs, Q&A, etc.).
Assist with the execution of various enhancements to the public Web sites, including blog posts.
Day-to-day oversight of projects, including overall project plans and individual task completion.
Assist in managing department scheduling and communication.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understanding of Web site design and usability principles; and Internet marketing concepts, practices, standards and regulations.
Proficient knowledge and experience managing social networks and leveraging them for marketing purposes.
Experience with supporting events and webcasts.
Experience with project management and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel skills.
Exposure to web analytics and measurement.
Ability to analyze data for trends and patterns and make sound recommendations for adjusting campaigns in response to these.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred.
At least 2-3 years experience with interactive marketing campaigns.
Experience with business-to-business marketing.
Demonstrated professional (non-academic) experience with managing marketing initiatives on the Web for social media, lead generation, branding, awareness and user experience.
