The Business Development Associate’s primary responsibilities would include establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with clients on behalf of the company and for actively generating new clients and maximizing sales potential with existing clients.
As a Business Development Associate, you will be the primary external representative of our company; you must have the ability to convey a sense of expertise in our services and capabilities.
You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and sales goals of the company.
Summary of Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years sales experience ( within construction or design fields )
Proven track record of sales success in construction or design fields.
Have established presence in the local multi-family builder market.
Ability to work independently
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills, outstanding follow-up, and a passion to succeed.
Travel to job sites within established territories
Read blue prints and develop Proposals
