Processes assigned payroll, including garnishments, salary changes, tax withholding set-up using knowledge of complex local tax laws and reciprocity for multi-state withholding tax laws, and other needed process changes.
Prepares and generates ad hoc reports as needed.
Post hours from timekeeping system, Kronos, analyzes and reviews payroll reports to ensure accurate payroll and garnishment processing, resolves discrepancies.
Builds relationship with supervisors and communicates and resolves payroll issues.
Responsible for IRS lock-in letters for assigned pay group, returned W-2 forms.
Assists with benefit open enrollment period or audits.
Works closely with Payroll Supervisor on other projects assigned.
Performs additional duties as required.|
