We are currently seeking a full-time temporary Human Resources Assistant at our Huron Plant facility. This temporary position is needed immediately and will last until approximately June 1, 2012.
This position will assist the Human Resources Manager in administrative areas of the human resources functions. The primary responsibilities of the role include: participates in interviewing, selection, and orientation of new production and non-exempt employees; responds to employee inquiries related to benefits and company policies; enters employee record changes into ADP, processes bi-weekly payroll including weekly sign offs, and maintains employee files; and performs other administrative duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager
» High school diploma or equivalent
» One to five years of related administrative experience. Previous HR experience desired.

» Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications
