The Leasing Specialist/Agent is a full time position serving as a valued team member within our Rental Management Division and splits time between leasing and resident services. The leasing specialist supports the property management team by assiting the resident services teams addressing tenant needs and successfully advertising, showing and leasing available properties within our 600 unit portfolio of rental apartments, condominiums, townhouses, and single-family homes. This position is dynamic, customer service oriented, and provides a great opportunity for energetic, real estate oriented individuals to join a growing and professional property management company.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promptly respond to prospective resident questions via telephone, email and in person regarding available properties and their attributes and features
Conduct showings of available properties; help prospective residents find a great new place to call home by selecting and showcasing properties that meet their needs and preferences
Manage all leads within property management software and conduct follow-up with prospects and leads and convert to showings
Engage in outreach marketing and advertising tasks as directed by supervisor into the community and among potential sources and participate in ongoing resident relations to reach full occupancy
Assist in providing correct and complete lease applications, assist with application verifications
Conduct market surveys and other leasing related reporting
Ensure that all rental and related activities are in compliance with all Fair Housing laws

Must have a valid driver ’s license with qualified driving history

" EXPERIENCE Must have a minimum of a GED or a high school diploma, associates or bachelors degree beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, leasing, property management, and/or real estate preferred Colorado Real Estate License preferred
