JOB SUMMARY: We seek a high energy, ambitious and results-oriented individual to join our team and help drive sales.

PowerBees is quickly gaining ground as a leader within the Indoor Air Quality space servicing both commercial and residential customers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Southern New Hampshire and Southern Florida. PowerBees provides Air Quality Testing, Remediation, Emergency Services, Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning. PowerBees is looking for a professional Sales Representative who will focus on signing new commercial customer accounts in the Northeast. We are looking for a Road Warrior!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with President to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new account business generation
- Schedule and complete weekly prospecting activities that include cold calling, tele-prospecting and lead generation.
- Achieve annual sales targets and average monthly revenue quotas on a consistent basis
- Update lead information in our customer database.
- Ensure the successful transition of accounts to the office staff services delivery team.
- Analyze prospective customers needs and meet those needs via proposals, negotiations and business contracts
- Show continual professional development in industry, sales abilities and time management.
- Focus on Property Managers, Hospitality, Restaurant, Medical and other commercial customers.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years B2B outside sales experience; industry experience and a Property Management background a plus

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and overcome obstacles
- Enthusiastic drive to succeed with obvious confidence and competitive nature
- Solid prospecting abilities & excellent customer relationship skills
- Skillful negotiation, presentation and closing abilities
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, LICENSES etc.:
- Experience with salesforce.com or other sales database systems preferred

COMPENSATION
Commission based compensation with a draw. Target bonuses and accelerators.
