Job Title: Clerical Assistant
Job Description: You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support on a part-time basis to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Job responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, reviewing files and records, checking and distributing documents and data, as well as updating and maintaining filing systems and databases.
- Associates Degree
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and accuracy and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
