SBM Site Services is searching for an HR Director to join our team out of our facility in Dickinson, ND. The HR Director is responsible for directing and providing comprehensive human resources leadership to all departments and employees company wide. This position exemplifies the human resources priority of aiding in the development and delivery of the strategic vision and direction of SBM through the development and enforcement of its policies and practices .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operates as an organizational leader, external representative and internal consultant to all levels of management and customer in the explanation, identification, development, and implementation of employment processes associated with Human Resources

· Directly leads a team of five Human Resource professionals, assuring compliance with internal, local, state and federal requirements

· Provides coaching to company leaders and all levels of management on employee relations, legal liability and development working collaboratively with operations management and department heads to continually evaluate and improve systems and policies

· Develops and implements companywide HR programs, policies and procedures for various human resources functions and operations including but not limited to Interviewing and hiring practices, training programs, addressing issues of legal compliance, employee relations issues and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, Executives, clients, customers, and the general public.

· Must have experience in managing 50+ employees (experience in the Oil Field is a plus)

COMPENSATION

The annual salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000 depending on experience.
