Lifestyle Solutions Inc. is a leading furniture manufacturing and distribution company in San Francisco Bay Area. We are currently looking for an energetic, experienced "Customer Service Representative" to strengthen and expand relationships with current and potential clientele. The position will report to the VP Sales and is located in Fremont, California.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Maintain day to day relationships with existing client portfolio while actively developing new business relationships
  • Follow up with clients and work directly with customers on a national level
  • Work in a team environment to develop account plans for existing accounts in order to maximize penetration and retention
  • Perform regular sales calls
  • Ensure customer's files are setup and maintained properly
  • Consistently seek and maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, sales promotions, policies and procedures
  • Answer customer's questions about products, prices, availability, delivery dates, credit terms etc.
  • Provide customers with samples and product catalogs
  • To understand the customer's critical business needs and by delivering appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor market condition, competitor's, products, prices and sales
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process and client relationship
  • Compile daily sales reports and analyze sales by item
  • Present performance reports to executive management
  • Travel to trade shows and client meetings when called upon
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of direct selling experience preferably in home furnishings
  • Knowledge of furniture products
  • Experience in e-commerce preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with computer skills especially MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a self-starter and detail oriented
  • Associate Degree or above
