Responsible for working in conjunction with Fairview Pharmacy Services (FPS) training department to oversee and meet the training needs of FPS staff including developing training programs, providing on-going training to technical staff and providing ongoing evaluation and process improvement.
Job Qualifications: Minimum Education:
BA/BS degree based in the sciences, healthcare, education or related field.
Minimum License/Certification:
Registered with the MN Board of Pharmacy (or pending registration) and National Technician Certification or Certification achieved within 3 months in the role.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 3 years progressive pharmacy technican experience in a pharmacy setting. Experience in aseptic technique including a thorough understaning of USP chapter 797. At least 2 years chemotherapy preparation. Experience providing training. Experience in a complex, multi-site organization. Experience with microsoft office and Learning Management Systems.
