This entrepreneurial organisation has successfully grown through the design of high performing energy saving devices. Supplying to commercial buildings, the technology can reduce electricity usage significantly. As a result of significant growth driven by the desire for organisations to become more sustainable and reduce costs there is e need to employ a sales person to develop the Southern Region.
Your role is to create revenue through selling directly to real estate trusts, property owners, property management groups and the construction market. In addition significant revenue is driven through wholesale channels. You will be responsible for developing new accounts as well as leveraging off existing relationships developed in other territories.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong track record of achieving sales by selling into similar markets. You will have an understanding of the business drivers around building investment and maintenance and contacts with these customers.
The organisation has a competitive remuneration package as well as an employee profit sharing model. The commission scheme is uncapped and bonuses are also earned for meeting non revenue KPIs.
