Sedona Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager at a local credit union. The Branch Manager accepts full responsibility for all areas of Branch Operation. This includes but is not limited to security, promotion of branch, credit union and its products’ daily balancing of the vault and cash drawers; supervising and evaluating staff and workflow; creating implementing and coordination a branch growth plan; setting branch and individual goals; creating and maintaining a budget; ensuring compliance with state and federal laws & regulations; and acting in any capacity as needed. Primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Experience in branch operations. Knowledge of lending, accounts, and teller functions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and direct others. Excellent public relations and communications skills as well as good interviewing skills and techniques. Proven cross selling and product promotion skills. Very professional in appearance, mannerisms, speech, and written word. Must have strong reasoning skills that include the ability to analyze a situation quickly, make a decision, and covey the appropriate answer or assistance clearly and accurately. Must be able to make determinations including those that may be unpopular, stand behind them, and explain them to others. Must have excellent computer and 10 key skills.Qualified candidates must have prior management experience and experience from the financial industry.
